Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size & Fit Guide next to the size buttons, with the garment's measurements. Compare them with a piece you already own that fits the way you like.
Do your tees fit oversized or regular?
Our graphic tees are cut oversized, with a relaxed body and dropped shoulders. If you prefer a regular fit, check the chest measurement in the size guide and consider going down a size. Jerseys and shorts follow their own size guide.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5 flat on orders under $120, and free on orders of $120 and above. The rate is applied automatically at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically arrives 2–3 business days after dispatch. You'll get tracking details by email once your order ships. Public holidays and drop launches can add time. Shipping policy →
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Email us with your order number to start a return. Returns policy →
Which items can't be returned?
Sale items and personalised pieces (custom name and number) are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Personalised jerseys
Can I add a name and number?
Yes. On jersey product pages you can add a name (up to 12 characters) and a number (up to 2 digits) to be printed on the back. Both are optional.
Can I change or return a personalised jersey?
Personalised items are made to order, so they're final sale. Please double-check spelling and size before you check out.
Vault points
How do Vault points work?
Members earn 1 Vault point for every whole dollar spent (a $45.90 order earns 45 points). Points show as pending for 14 days after you order, then become available. Points are for members only, so sign in or join before you check out. Members →

Do you make custom kits for teams, schools and clubs?
