Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from risevault.sg. The site is run by Arcwyse Holdings Pte. Ltd., trading as Rise Vault (“Rise Vault”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you receive the automatic order confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
• Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; colours can vary slightly between screens.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken through our secure Shopify checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Discount codes and Vault points are subject to the terms shown with them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

We deliver within Singapore only. Standard shipping is $5 flat, or free on orders of $120 and above. Processing and delivery times are set out on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns & refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery as described in our Returns policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached, and return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (including the “lemon law” provisions) in respect of goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract.

Personalised items

Items made to your specification, such as jerseys printed with a name or number, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we made an error. Please check spelling and sizing before you order. You confirm you have the right to use any name or text you ask us to print, and we may refuse text that is offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

Members & Vault points

Members earn Vault points on qualifying purchases; see the Members page for how points work. Points have no cash value, and we may withhold or reverse points for refunded, cancelled or fraudulent orders.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Rise Vault name and marks, designs, graphics, photos and text, belongs to us or our licensors (including our collaboration partners). You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. Small claims may be brought before the Small Claims Tribunals.
